Whether you’re running errands or attending an event, white pants can be counted on as a sophisticated staple for your summer wardrobe. They pair nicely with prints or solids and add a crisp, clean feel to your outfit. I like to maintain no less than 3 – 4 styles to help me round out the summer season.
As you can imagine, I have several favorites when it comes to this summer basic, but I’ve narrowed my list down to five that I think you’ll love. They are in no particular order, but I think they can flatter different body types and satisfy many dress codes, depending on how they’re styled.
Here’s my list…
No. 1 | Made with cotton and nylon, the Olivia Fit Flare Bootcut Pants are pricier but they’re a timeless wardrobe staple that you can use for many seasons. I like that the pants are form-fitting, lined, and have a crisp, bright white color.
No. 2 | Though these trousers are technically not white… they’re ivory. They check all of the boxes when it comes to sophistication. They can be worn with a variety of heels (or flats, if you’re a bit taller) and can be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. Since I’m relatively short (5’2), I love pants like these because they give the illusion that I’m taller if I wear heels.
No. 3 | Whether you’re enjoying a summer barbeque or strolling a farmer’s market, the Metro Shorts are the perfect classic piece for warm, casual days.
No. 4 | I tend to like white pants in cotton blends more than denim, but the Good Flare Trousers are so versatile they can also be dressed up or down and styled very nicely for date night or a night on the town.
No. 5 | Last but CERTAINLY not least are The Slim Pant. Hands down, these pants are the IT pants for summer. They’re lined, slim your legs, and have a very nice crop.
