HOW TO WALK FOR FITNESS (AND SMARTS)

When I am not strength training, I round out my fitness routine by walking on my treadmill.  I enjoy it because I can control the temperature, the pace of the walk….and wait for it, the SCENERY.

With walking tour videos, I can walk through the streets of NYC take a stroll around the Eiffel Tower…or visit other cities that interest me…all while increasing my daily step count.
