I typically power through even when I’m not in the mood to work, but today, I’ve decided to do the opposite (at least a little).
Whenever we have engaged in things that push us beyond our limits (like too much travel in a short span of time), I think it is important to resort to a little “me time” to bring things back into perspective.
Today, I plan to lean into things I like doing like curling up with a large stack of magazines, a bowl of goldfish crackers, and a nice cold beverage (sparklingly water..lol).
